Mirplay: From Tona to the World
Founded in 2002 by Ramon and Carles Mir in Tona, Barcelona, Mirplay transformed a family furniture business into a leader in specialized furniture for schools and educational facilities. Guided by quality, innovation, and creativity, the Mir brothers expanded across Spain by 2009 and later diversified with Mirplay Salon in 2012.
From 2015, Mirplay embraced global growth and sustainability, opening offices in Asia, Mexico, and the UK, introducing flat-packed solutions, and launching Mirplay Architecture to design flexible, student-centered spaces.
Today, present in over 40 countries, Mirplay continues to innovate, listen to its customers, and adapt quickly, staying true to the family values and entrepreneurial spirit that started it all. From a small Catalan town to a global brand, Mirplay shapes inspiring spaces where people learn, work, and grow.
